Among these, certain types of fungal infections that affect the scalp, lupus, diabetes, and thyroid problems are at the top of the list. Practice Good Hair Care
Good hair care starts with proper shampooing, and the truth is that most people tend to shampoo far too often. You should wash your hair every other day at the most, and you should use products made with all-natural ingredients wherever possible. If your hair is naturally dry, you should shampoo even less frequently – perhaps only two days per week. Hats and other hair coverings can deny your scalp access to oxygen and lead to hair loss, so be sure to keep them at a minimum.
